Hi, I'm Candace — the founder of Support at Your Service.
With over 15 years of experience supporting seniors as well as individuals with developmental disabilities in both group home and private one-on-one settings— including three years in a management role within group home environments — I've seen firsthand the difference that consistency and genuine care can make.
Through my experience working closely with families, I've heard firsthand how challenging it can be when support feels inconsistent, unfamiliar, or not the right fit — and the stress that can come with not knowing who will show up or how care will be provided.
I knew there had to be a better way.
That's why I created Support at Your Service.
My goal is simple: to provide support that feels reliable, comfortable, and truly personalized.
We take the time to carefully match each client with the right support worker, and we intentionally work with a small number of clients to ensure support remains consistent, familiar, and built on trust over time.
Because the right support isn't just about showing up — it's about creating meaningful connections and providing care that families can truly depend on.
